Question 1

Do you cover Kenner?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Kenner is one of the 10 cities we cover alongside New Orleans, and every residential and commercial service we run is available there. It is close to our base in Jefferson Parish, so a Kenner visit is a short run for us. That includes the residential streets and the commercial property along the airport corridor.

Question 2

One end of my Kenner house never cools properly. Why?

Accepted Answer

In this housing stock it is usually the ductwork rather than the unit. The run crosses an unconditioned attic on the way, and a leak or failed insulation means air is lost before it reaches the far room. A duct test settles it in one visit rather than across two or three service calls of trial and error.

Question 3

Will a bigger air conditioner fix an uneven house?

Accepted Answer

Usually not, and it can make things worse. A bigger unit forcing air into the same leaking run simply loses more of it. We test the ductwork before recommending a larger one, because an oversized system short-cycles and leaves the air damp even when the run is sound.

Question 4

Does being near Lake Pontchartrain affect my outdoor unit?

Accepted Answer

It does. The outdoor coil lives in that air all year with air pulled continuously across its fins, so keeping it clean and the clearance around it open is ordinary maintenance that protects the airflow the unit depends on. The coil, the clearance around the cabinet and the electrical enclosure are all part of what a maintenance visit should be looking at.

Question 5

Do you work on businesses in Kenner as well as homes?

Accepted Answer

Both. The residential side covers air conditioning, ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless systems, indoor air quality, maintenance and zone control; the commercial side covers cooling, heating, maintenance, refrigeration, sheet metal ductwork and ventilation. Commercial equipment here runs different hours under a different load, which is why the two sides of the business are run separately.

Question 6

Do you charge for an estimate in Kenner?

Accepted Answer

No, estimates are free on every service we run, and there is no obligation to book afterwards. We look at what is installed before quoting. That includes testing the ductwork, which is part of the assessment rather than an extra we bill for.

Question 7

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, and outside those hours the form on our contact page reaches us fastest. Anything sent through it is picked up on the next working day rather than left waiting.

Question 8

How do I book a visit in Kenner?

Accepted Answer

Call 504-285-5606 during business hours, or send the form on our contact page. Tell us what the system is doing and which rooms are affected, and we will look at the ductwork as well as the unit. If only one part of the house is involved, say so, because that points us at the run before the unit.
