These Terms and Conditions govern your use of bigeasyhvac.com. By browsing the site, submitting a form or calling the number shown on it, you accept them. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled, and our GDPR notice, which sets out data rights for visitors in the EU and the UK.

If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are and what this site is for

Big Easy HVAC is a heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractor working across New Orleans and the surrounding metro. This site exists so you can read about the work we do, see the areas we cover, and get in touch.

You can see the full list of what we handle on our residential services and commercial services pages, and the places we travel to on our service areas page.

2. Enquiries, estimates and appointments

Submitting a form or calling us is a request to talk. It is not a booking, and it does not create a service agreement on its own.

Estimates are free. An estimate describes what we expect a job to involve based on the information available at the time. Work is agreed with you directly before it begins, and what is actually needed can change once a technician has seen the system.

Our published hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Messages sent outside those hours are answered on the next working day.

3. Using this site

You may read, print and share pages here for your own use, and link to them.

You may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, to collect information about other visitors, to copy it wholesale for a competing site, or to send us anything harmful.

We may change, move or remove pages at any time, and we may restrict access if the site is being misused.

4. The content on this site

The text, layout, photographs, logos and design here belong to Big Easy HVAC or are used with permission. Nothing on the site transfers ownership of them to you.

Our articles are general guidance about how heating and cooling equipment behaves in this climate. They are written to help you understand what you are seeing. They are not a diagnosis of your system, and no article can replace someone looking at the equipment in front of them.

Before acting on anything you read here, especially anything involving gas, electrical work or refrigerant, talk to a qualified technician about your own system.

5. Links to other sites

Some pages link to sites we do not run, and our Privacy Policy names the third-party services used here. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information. Their own terms apply once you leave ours.

6. Availability

We work to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Pages may be offline for maintenance or because of something outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Big Easy HVAC is not liable for loss arising from your use of it, from relying on general information published here, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
